Get a closer look at the accessible sewer line before your next property decision.
NW Property Inspection offers sewer scope as a separate service or alongside a full home inspection. Talk with Chris Nobbs about your property, access and timing.
Request sewer scope ↗
Why request a sewer scope?
A home inspection and a sewer scope answer different questions. A sewer scope is a focused camera inspection of the accessible line; discuss it when buying a property, reviewing known drain concerns or planning further plumbing evaluation.
Access comes first
Tell Chris where the cleanout is, whether it is accessible, and about any known backups, previous repairs or shared-line arrangements. Access, line conditions and the agreed scope determine what can be inspected. Confirm whether a recording or other documentation is included before booking.
Understand the limits
A camera view is not a guarantee that the entire line is sound or that future backups will not occur. Obstructions and inaccessible sections can limit the inspection. Cleaning, repairs, excavation, septic-system evaluation and plumbing work require separate arrangements; ask what follow-up is appropriate for any concern.
